AAGULT Ch 46
by berryChapter 46
Jaeha carefully observed him, and once it seemed like his posture was stable, he stood up. He had to leave to check if there was any medicine. He felt upset, but now wasnât the time to cry, so he took a deep breath and held it in. He needed to inform the Association about his injuries.
ââŠWait, Jaeha-ssi.â
âYes. YesâŠâ
Was something wrong? Jaeha turned to look at him. He was gesturing for him not to go, so Jaeha froze awkwardly with his hand still on the door handle. Aiden pulled out the radio and began reporting.
âThis is Ye Aiden. âŠIâm injured. Iâll pull back for now and report again later before returning.â
âAcknowledged. Do you require medical support?
âIâm fine.â
âUnderstood.
Click.
The transmission ended. Just then, when it looked like Aiden was barely holding on, he let out a groan and began to collapse to the side. In a panic, Jaeha quickly shut and locked the door, fearing a Black Dragon Gang member might barge in, and rushed over to catch him as he fell.
No, the Association was acting strange too. There was no way they couldnât hear the pain in his voice, and yet they so easily backed down just because he said he didnât need medical support? Jaeha, flustered and worried, lashed out at him.
âWhy did you refuse medical supportâŠ?!â
âDonât⊠abandon meâŠâ
âWhat?â
He finally got a good look at the manâs face. The man was crying miserably. He wasnât bawling, but his eyes were red, and large teardrops like chicken eggs were falling steadily down his cheeks. His face, stained with shame, anger, sorrow, and shock, tugged painfully at Jaehaâs heart.
The man gripped the arm supporting him tightly. Almost tearing into it, his hands burned hot with fever. He looked so devastated that Jaeha couldnât even feel the pain in his arm.
âDonât abandon me. Donât goâŠâ
ââŠâ
Thatâs right. Heâd forgotten in the heat of the moment, but they were still in the middle of an argument. As Jaeha momentarily lost his words, Aidenâs grip tightened. Jaeha stammered as he opened his mouth.
âI⊠I wonât abandon you.â
ââŠâ
âBut still, you need treatment. Okay? It wonât take long.â
âI donât want toâŠâ
His rare stubbornness made Jaeha feel like he was about to burst. Aiden panted and lowered his head. As he leaned against Jaehaâs shoulder, he gently nuzzled it, almost like he was being affectionate. Because their faces were close, his whispered words came through clearly.
âIâm ashamed⊠Even if I die, sniff I donât want anyone to see me like thisâŠâ
âI understand, but it could still be dangerous. What if you have lasting aftereffectsâŠâ
Jaehaâs voice lowered as well. He didnât entirely fail to understand how Aiden felt. It wasnât a private placeâthey were in the enemyâs base, and he had been forcibly put into heat because of illegal drugs. How could it not be humiliating? Even Jaeha would have wanted to bite off his tongue from embarrassment. Still, the situation worried him, so he tried to soothe Aiden. Perhaps because his own emotions were on edge too, his voice came out thick and damp.
âKiss me.â
âWhat?â
âIf itâs not you, Jaeha-ssi, I donât want it⊠I love you, Jaeha-ssi. sniff You know thatâŠâ
ââŠâ
Though Aiden was filled with betrayal, he still hadnât let go of his affection for Jaeha. The way he clung to him, rambling incoherently, made Jaehaâs heart ache. It would be easier if he just took the antidote, but was he afraid Jaeha would run away? The situation had already done enough to damage trust, and it made him feel sick and queasy. He felt incredibly sorry.
âYou at least like my body, right?â
â…Aiden, Aiden-ssi, thatâs notâŠâ
âIf you care about me even a little, even a little⊠wonât you kiss me?â
He cried miserably. This wasnât like his usual composed, persuasive tone. It was just whining, stubbornness, and pouting. But that made it all the more evident how overwhelmed with emotion he was, and that made Jaeha feel even more sorrowful.
Suddenly, a voice in his head warned him. It told him to runâit was dangerous. That if he crossed this line, then denying his feelings with âI donât like Aiden-ssiâ would become meaningless.
âIf Ye Aiden makes contact again, report it.â
He had come to the enemy base without the bossâs permission. He should report this right away and request support. That was what he did six years ago when heâd been caught as a spy in the Black Dragon Gang. Then, his boss came just for him and got him out.
Butâ
ââŠâ
ButâŠ
âJust a little⊠Just for a little while.â
Jaeha loved Aiden too much.
Ever since Aiden had gotten injured entering a gate near his workplace out of concern for Jaeha, it had been like this. Even though he wasnât worthy, he loved him deeply.
Even after discovering Aiden was a criminal who had deceived him, he still remembered how Aiden had pushed him out of the way and taken a bullet for him. He remembered his tear-stained face, full of betrayal and sorrow.
He couldnât ignore Aidenâs plea.
He briefly considered going out to look for medicine, but seeing the hand gripping his arm so tightly, he knew Aiden wouldnât let go, so he gave up. Hesitating, he cupped the tear-drenched, warm cheek with his hand. Perhaps realizing Jaeha wouldnât leave, Aiden relaxed and let go. That hand moved to Jaehaâs waist.
Smack.
Their lips touched. Aidenâs lips were wet and saltyâit must have been from tears.
Smack, smack. They exchanged a few light pecks, more like bird kisses. With his eyes half-closed, Jaeha tilted his jaw. Sniffling slightly, Aiden parted his lips. After some hesitation, Jaeha mimicked himâfirst licking his lower lip, then softly sucking it, trying not to make any embarrassing noises. Their noses brushed, ticklish. Jaeha tilted his head more to avoid pressing on Aidenâs high nose bridge, leaning further over him.
âHaaâŠâ
The position was a bit awkward. Somehow, Aiden noticed and suddenly pulled Jaeha toward him with heat in his hands.
âUghâŠâ
Startled, Jaeha furrowed his brows slightly. He moved awkwardly as Aiden tugged, ending up on Aidenâs lap. Not wanting to put his full weight on him, he braced against the wall with his hand. The pose made it look like he was straddling him.
Aiden grabbed the harness strap running across Jaehaâs chest and yanked it, dragging him down as if seizing him by the collar. Forced to relax and sit, his front was pressed tightly. Something hard and large poked between his inner thighs, which had parted naturally as he sat. He knew exactly what it was. Even so, Aiden blatantly rubbed against him as if begging for it to be noticed.
âHaaâŠâ
The kiss deepened as their faces drew closer. Aiden bared his teeth and nibbled on Jaehaâs lips. As they inhaled and exhaled each otherâs breath, it barely felt like they were breathing real air. Their hot, panting, desire-filled breaths felt addictive for some reason. Even though he hadnât taken an aphrodisiac like Aiden, Jaeha felt as if he were going into heat too.
He had only meant to give a light kiss. But as they kissed hungrily, he felt himself growing aroused. His fist clenched as he pressed against the wall. If Aiden wasnât in his right mind, then he at least had to be the sane one.
âAiden-ssi⊠Iâll just go out for a moment. Iâll be back soonâugh.â
âNoâŠâ
As he tried to rise from Aidenâs lap, the other clung to him like a massive python, wrapping an arm tightly around his neck. The arm that had been on his waist did the same, gripping so tightly he couldnât help but groan from the pressure. Their bodies were flush with no space between them.
Their eyes met.
And the moment their gazes locked, he knew. Because he saw it again. The flood of Aidenâs indecent thoughts overwhelmed him. His face went paleâhe wanted to run.
Aiden was absolutely planning to do it. To do it thoroughly. In his imagination, they had already done it five timesâtwice face down, once standing, twice lying down. And even after all that, Aiden was now imagining pressing his cock against Jaeha to begin a sixth round.
âI swear, itâll only take a moment⊠Iâll come right back with the antidote.â
âYouâll run away.â
âI wonât!â
Jaeha replied hastily, preemptively accused. Here? Here, really? He squirmed, trying to slip away gently, but despite not being an esper, Aidenâs strength was monstrous. He felt like heâd be ripped in half.
âJaeha-ssiâŠâ
He slightly averted his gaze, unable to bear looking Aiden in the eye. No, more accurately, he was afraid of seeing his thoughts.
But the frail voice coaxing him made him slowly look back at Aiden.
That perfect face was gazing up at him. It almost sparkled, like a scene out of a comic. His melancholy expression, steeped in sorrow, begged pitifully. Seeing that, Jaeha forgot all about what had been poking into his thigh just moments ago.
âYou know what I want.â
ââŠâ
Aiden tilted his head. Even though he was bigger, since Jaeha was straddling him, he looked up at him. That stirred a protective instinct in Jaeha.
ââŠCanât I?â
Aidenâs hand slipped under Jaehaâs clothes, fingers curling and lightly scratching his spine. He wasnât even trying to hide that he was seducing himâhe was being blatant about it.
He shouldnât.
He really shouldnâtâŠ
But whether he thought so or not, Jaehaâs mouth moved on its own.
ââŠYou can.â
